“Since meeting and getting to know Wendy, I have since used Wendy’s coaching skills on a ongoing basis. She is friendly and easy to talk to but is also able to offer you strong advice and direction when needed. Wendy has certainly helped me move my businesses forward!”

- Hayden Ferriby, Entrepreneur and Founder of Stormwave, Creative Agency  http://www.stormwave.co.uk/

“Wendy is a very high energy person who throws herself fully into projects achieving more in a single day than many people would in a week! I’ve not had the pleasure of being coached by Wendy but I’m convinced of her expertise after editing and publishing her first book with us. Working with her as a publisher I found her both professional and positive and have no hesitation in recommending her as someone to help you get things sorted.”

Joe Gregory, Publisher - www.bookshaker.com

I was feeling a little apprehensive on my first meeting with Wendy.  I was in a very low point in my life and career, but the Coaching soon felt very comfortable.  I found it easy to start to release, some of what I now know I was holding in.  Having spent just a few hours with Wendy I now feel much more positive, have been able to sort out my personal life and received a promotion within my professional life.  thank you Wendy

“After 25 years of running my own successful stockbroking business and then selling it, I thought it would be easy to set up and run a new business as a SIPP (self invested personal pension) provider. After two years I found it much harder than I had expected or planned for.

I asked Resolution Coaching to coach me to do things better. Wendy helps in establishing and prioritising areas causing concern and then we agree a course of action for each to achieve realisable outcomes.

I have found two main benefits. The first is ‘accountability’. Although I could do this myself, each meeting also becomes a deadline to get things done by. The second is that Wendy often suggests useful ‘resource material or methods’ which I had not previously considered. These do help in moving forward.

For anyone considering a career change or who is currently running their own business, working with Resolution Coaching, I have found, increases both confidence and knowledge to better deal with the continuous personal challenges faced by everyone in business.

The outcome is a good balance of better results for both the business or new career and as an individual.”

I have found the last three sessions of life coaching with you extremely useful, it has given me a massive insight into myself, and what exactly I am looking for in a career.  I think I have certainly realised the reasons why I did not feel fulfilled working as a solicitor, and have also realised that there could be a job out there that is both inspiring and amazing.

Although I’m not certain exactly which career is the one for me, I am more focused on what it is that I want and what it is that I don’t want.  I am also happier knowing it’s not the legal profession that was wrong for me, it was me that was wrong for the law - my personality type didn’t thrive in that environment - this was so true!

As you know I’m off travelling in September for 7 months.  I don’t know what path my career will take me in when I get back but I will certainly take all I have learnt with me and give it a good think whilst I’m away.  Hopefully I’ll be inspired by events on the road and will have more of a direction when I get back.

You are a wonderful person and a great life coach, if I can be of any help at all in the future just let me know.  Thank you for all your time.”

- Laura Finnegan - Colchester

“I would just like to say a big thank you for coming to our office and running your new workshop. Initially I think we we’re all a bit reserved and thought the idea of a brain storming workshop a bit ‘new age’!?! But bringing the team together and making us all think about where we are now, where we are going, and where we want to be has helped pull us all together and remind us what we need to be doing throughout the day. The session was worth every penny and we look forward to completing new workshops with you each quarter.”

- Katherine Nudds, Recruitment Consultant, Professional Choice Personnel

“I thought by seeing Wendy for Coaching she would show me how to be a career woman and how to work 24/7. The opposite has happened and I now work 9-5 and have learnt how to relax, I have reconnected with my old friends and am enjoying my family as well as building up my Tai Chi. I know who I am, I know where I’m going (on the road of discovery) and I know what I want – to be happy. Coaching has returned love and laughter into my life. “

“My daughter Anna had exasperated her singing voice coach as despite all his efforts she was not able to hold a long high note. Knowing that Wendy is a musician and might therefore understand the problem we asked her to help Anna as we suspected that it was an emotional rather than physical problem that was holding back her ability.

After a few months of regular visits Anna’s singing teacher was thrilled to hear her progress and invited her to take part in a workshop held by Peter Holman. Peter was delighted by Anna singing and has asked that she works towards joining his very select group of singers, Psalmody.”

“I made an initial appointment with Wendy to see if she could help me un-jumble a number of events in my life. The first Coaching session I found very useful and constructive. As a consequence I arranged further meetings which enabled me to look at my life from a better perspective and make a number of decisions which I had been avoiding. The direct impact was to give me focus and a purpose to make the decisions that needed to be made. The help that Wendy gave me was a blend of all three disciplines that enabled me to focus on what was in my mind in relation to the situation I was in.

My Coaching sessions with Wendy have ‘unravelled’ the knots and I have enabled me to look forward with a much clearer mind. But this is an ongoing process. I have a much clearer idea of what I want to achieve and how I should set about it. As a result I do feel differently about the way I should progress with my life, with the people who are close to me and the challenges that are ahead of me. “

— Brett Jones, Wine Lecturer, The Wine Maestro

“Thanks to Wendy’s Coaching techniques I was able to put something that stressed me at work a few years ago behind me at last. She made me think about it in a more logical way such that I wasn’t worried about confronting it anymore. Also, I was lucky enough to be one of Wendy’s first Reiki patients, which I can truly say made me feel extremely relaxed and at peace with myself. Wendy is a great listener and has a unique ability to heal by her words.”

— Debra Griffin, Mature Student, Writtle College

“My husband had met Wendy and she had made an impression on him. When I found myself in a position where I felt my life had the potential to change emphasis I thought that she may be able to assist me in identifying what was important to me and therefore my future direction. Through discussions and exercises Wendy has enabled me to evaluate aspects of my life improving my own awareness of myself. I now feel that my mind is more open to explore the world in which I find myself now and I am less concerned with constraining myself to a rigid plan for the future. This may not pay the bills but I am happy!”

— Sarah Adlem, Colchester

“I met Wendy at a time when I was having to make some considerable – and unwelcome - changes to my life. I was frightened and stressed, and my husband suggested Wendy might be able to help. I have never found it easy to admit to having problems, and so I approached our first meeting with some trepidation. I needn’t have worried. Wendy is a kind and thoughtful person who listened to me quietly and without judgement, which in itself I found calming and reassuring. A series of practical exercises helped me to understand my own feelings and fears, and gave me the tools to take control and move forward in a positive way. Her ‘tapping’ technique got me through many a bad moment and I still use it regularly.

To take one very practical example: I had a big fear of travelling by tube which in the past has resulted in some very unpleasant panic attacks. On a daily basis I now pack myself onto a crowded Central Line tube train with no more than a sigh of resignation - something Wendy helped me to achieve.

It wasn’t always easy and if everyone is like me, Wendy must spend a fortune on tissues! But Wendy’s quiet support got me through a very difficult transition period - I really don’t know how I would have coped with her and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her services. “
