“She’s A Mermaid!” – The Truth Behind The Imposter Syndrome

Did you ever see that Tom Hanks film ‘Splash’ about a fella who falls in love with a Mermaid?

She’s keen to keep her true identity a secret, but she’s being stalked by a mad scientist who’s sole purpose in life is to expose the truth to the world, armed with a bucket of water and a camera ready capture the moment on film. 

According to research ‘The Imposter Syndrome’ is alive and kicking.  Even respected professionals have a nagging feeling that they are pretty worthless.  Many have an irrational fear that they are just ‘busking’ and are about to be found out, despite all their success and accomplishments.
