Developed for individuals who have been affected by Redundancy and are struggling to bounce back from the impact.  It provides them with the opportunity to evaluate their level of skill, but also an extremely rare opportunity to look at what they really want to do and where their career could be taking them next. 

Take Advantage Of This 6  Month Coaching Programme comprising the following:-

Step 1:          Initial Coaching Discovery to establish areas for growth DISC Behaviour Assessment to identify core personality traits and possible career options

Step 2:          Find The Answer to the Question “Why Am I Here and What Am I Really Destined for?”  

 Skills Assessment:   The results will combine with the results of the above exercise to help build up the picture of the perfect career for you.

Review of CV:  You may have gathered by now that finding the perfect career, doesn’t necessarily come to you straight away.  My role is to help you craft this one step at a time.  This may mean making some changes to your CV, but also ensuring that it is formatted correctly, everything is in the right order, its neat tidy and makes sense.

Action Plan:  With all my clients – the bulk of the work in determining where your career is going next comes from you.  It’s change in action.  I actively encourage all my clients to actually get involved in the change process and be as proactive as possible.  Youwill receive your own Career Campaign Management Spreadsheet to monitor your progress.
