Sometimes Losing Your Rag Is The Only Answer

I was reminded of this great performance by Shirley Maclaine in “Terms of Endearment” this morning. 

I kind of lost patience with a service provider after a week of delays, and completely lost it with them.  Now, as a coach I wouldn’t normally recommend this, and usually am extremely diplomatic and patient, but I decided that sometimes losing your rag is the only way.  Would you agree?
